Greg BakerChief Financial Officer
Mr. Baker joined Logicalis in 2006 bringing nearly two decades of financial and executive management experience. As CFO, Mr. Baker oversees finance, accounting, treasury and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Logicalis, he was Vice President and Controller for Thomson Gale, a major business of Thomson Corporation and leading online information provider. Mr. Baker led worldwide finance operations for a business unit with 2,000 staff and customers including Reuters, Dow Jones, Yahoo and Google. In roles of increasing responsibility, Greg successfully integrated operations, new business systems and helped complete over a dozen acquisitions.
During the period 1996-2000, Mr. Baker was Director of Finance for a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier. During his tenure, Greg was responsible for finance, treasury and investor relations as the company doubled in size. He actively engaged in strategic planning and an initial public offering that raised growth capital.
Greg started his career with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Detroit. He later spent 5 years with Talon LLC, a private equity firm with worldwide interests in retail and manufacturing.
Greg is a certified public accountant, earned his MBA from Wayne State University and holds a BA in accounting from Michigan State University. He enjoys coaching soccer and lives in Northville, Michigan with his wife and two children.
