Kirk P. ZarantiSr. Vice President - Sales
Prior to joining Logicalis, Mr. Zaranti was Executive Vice President of Sales at STI, where he was responsible for the STI sales organization. Under his leadership, STI sales grew from 14 million to over 90 million annually. STI was a five time recipient of IBM's BP Leadership Award.
Prior to joining STI in 1998, Mr. Zaranti spent 20 years with IBM in various sales management roles. Due to his strong motivational, business development and leadership skills, his teams consistently finished at the top of their sector.
Mr. Zaranti's powerful motivational skills as well as his natural leadership abilities are recognized both within his company and throughout the industry. He has over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience and has been an integral part of leading his team to receive many awards including the Sales and Marketing Executive Award, the IBM Leadership Award, and Arrow's Top Sales Award five consecutive years.
Under Mr. Zaranti's leadership, Logicalis' STG division has grown to over $200 million in sales. Logicalis has also received two Beacon Awards and has been recognized with the IBM Fast Track Award the last two years.
One of Mr.Zaranti's focuses as VP of Sales is to ensure that Logicalis sells customers the solution that truly meets their needs. His key objective is to affirm that his clients have reliable infrastructure that gives them the flexibility, scalability, and availability to run their business.
Mr. Zaranti's personal philosophy on customer service is, "It is imperative not only to deliver on what you promise, but also to go beyond. You must always strive to do more than meet customer expectations. The key is to exceed their needs whenever possible. The customer is the ultimate arbiter. They are the ones who determine whether or not you have done a good job."
Mr. Zaranti holds a BA from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois and a graduate degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He and his wife Marsha, who currently reside in Naperville Illinois, have four children and three grandchildren.
