TotalStorage Productivity Center (TPC) Implementation Services
Provide TPC Standard Edition QuickStart via TPC for Data Implementation.

Phase I: Planning

• Verify specifications for supported server hardware, microcode and network requirements.
• Map which server(s) will host TPC/CIMOMs.
• Identify which servers will act as TPC for data clients.
• Identify whether there is a fit for TPC for disk and/or fabric modules.

Phase II: Execution

• Verify servers meets software requirements.
• Verify the operating system is clean of any prior software installations.
• Add TPC user to the operating system and grant security permissions.
• Install TPC for data software components.
• Apply any required software patches.
• Confirm TPC for data installation.
• Install CIMOMs on customer-provided servers (up to two).
• Install TPC for data client on servers (up to three).
• Illustrate canned and custom reporting features and skills transfer.
