Terry Flood Promoted from CFO to Head of Operations of Global Technology Solutions Provider

Bloomfield Hills, MI – April 25, 2006 -Logicalis, Inc., a global provider of high-performance technology, announced that Terry Flood has been promoted from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Operating Officer of North American Operations. The promotion recognizes Flood’s leadership in managing the financial complexities involved in the explosive growth of the company.

“Terry has maintained the financial health of our organization during an unparalleled period of expansion, primarily through acquisition but also through organic growth,” said Mike Cox, President and CEO, Logicalis North American operations. “Our 4A2 D&B credit rating and $50 million credit line are tributes to his management. Now his primary responsibility becomes to continue implementing management systems that make Logicalis the smoothly functioning IT provider our customers have come to expect. He’s ready now to keep the company running that he helped create.”

During Flood’s tenure as CFO, Logicalis grew from a technology solution provider of approximately $180 million named Logical to a nearly $500 million global specialist in IT solutions with a major presence in every region of North America and with core competencies in networking, infrastructure, application services, security, storage, databases, eCommerce, ERP, Web services, wireless, managed services and IP telephony.

Today, the company employees some 1,000 IT experts who specify, design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure for more than 5,000 corporate and public sector customers globally.

Flood sees his primary responsibility as ensuring that Logicalis practices what it preaches to its customers, investing in and implementing systems and practices that tie the organization together seamlessly in order to deliver fail-safe IT solutions that create efficiency in customer businesses.

“Our company grew out of six major acquisitions over the past five years, When you bring together smaller organizations, they may lack some of the enterprise IT tools we’re selling to our customers,” said the new COO. “My team’s responsibility is to implement those tools and management systems so that everything in our organization is customer-focused. That’s exactly what we preach to our customers in turn.”

Flood’s experience developing financial systems for technology firms began in 1983 when he joined TRW's Electromagnetic Systems Laboratory in California's Silicon Valley, where he worked as a financial business analyst.

Prior to joining Logicalis, he was CFO of Q2 Publishing, a Michigan-based sports marketing and publishing firm that counted among its client base such professional associations as the National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, U.S. Tennis Association, NASCAR and the PGA.

A resident of Farmington Hills, Michigan, Flood works out of Logicalis’ North American headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He loves to golf, ski and play hockey and is a self-described “massive hockey fan”.
