The recognition is Cisco’s highest honor for solution providers and recognizes Logicalis for its customer dedication and support. Logicalis’ methodology and customer service were reviewed and assessed by an independent research firm, which found Logicalis had met the overall requirement of an average customer satisfaction score of 4.70 / 5.00 or greater. In addition, Logicalis was recognized with a perfect post-sale record with 100 percent of surveyed customers rating Logicalis a 5.00 / 5.00.

The Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award is based upon customers providing feedback through a web-based interview tool, administered by an independent agency. Customers are asked to rate their provider on timely response, pre-sale and post-sale support, accuracy and performance of implemented solutions, staff knowledge and ability to resolve issues, meeting budgetary guidelines and more. The rigorous assessment is designed to give customers a way to quickly determine which Cisco partners consistently deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
