LOGICALIS NAMES GREG BAKER CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERBloomfield Hills, MI, July 12, 2006 –Logicalis Inc., a global provider of high-performance technology, announced that it has named Greg Baker, a veteran of nearly two decades of financial and executive management experience, its Chief Financial Officer for North America. In this role, he will have the dual responsibility of maintaining the solid infrastructure that has enabled Logicalis to expand and of performing the due diligence necessary for the company’s future acquisitions.
“Logicalis’ tremendous growth, both organically and through acquisition, requires an absolutely top-rate executive with both financial savvy and IT skills in the CFO position, and Greg Baker is that man,” said Logicalis COO Terry Flood. Logicalis is on pace to post $475 million of North American revenue in 2006.

A certified public accountant, Baker was Vice President and Controller for Thomson Gale, a leading online information provider and major business unit of Thomson Corporation. Baker led worldwide finance operations for the 2,000 person operation that serves customers including Reuters, Dow Jones, and Google.
