Ellie Blataric

Ellie Blataric serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Logicalis, where she oversees all legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters for the U.S. business. A member of the executive leadership team, she provides strategic legal guidance to senior leadership on complex commercial, regulatory, and transactional issues. Ellie brings extensive experience in the technology and services sector, with a strong track record advising on mergers and acquisitions, enterprise contracting, and risk management. She leads the company’s legal function, managing litigation, intellectual property, employment matters, and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth across diverse markets.

Prior to joining Logicalis, Ellie served as Portfolio General Counsel at Volaris Group, where she supported a global portfolio of companies across the U.S., U.K., and international markets. In that role, she advised executive leadership on cross-border transactions, integration strategy, and corporate governance, while overseeing legal operations across multiple entities. Earlier in her career, Ellie held the General Counsel role at General Datatech (GDT), where she advised on complex technology agreements, government contracting, and corporate transactions. Ellie earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law from Whittier Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from St. Mary’s University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
